Bonus Balance vs. Real Balance: Your account balance at 99rr may hold a real balance (from deposits and non-bonus winnings) and a bonus balance (from promotions). Only the real balance can be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance must meet rollover requirements before it becomes withdrawable.

Bonuses have an expiration date. Unused bonuses or those with an unmet rollover by the deadline are automatically cancelled with no option for reactivation. Deadlines are clearly displayed in your account dashboard and via email when the bonus is credited.
The 99rr reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, provided the change does not affect bonuses already active in user accounts. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, such as the use of multiple accounts, will be cancelled and the account suspended.
