The logic behind the 99rr is straightforward: the more you play, the more points you earn, and those points level up automatically. No forms to fill out, no manual approval, no complicated process. You sign up, start playing normally — whether it's slots, roulette, blackjack, Copa do Brasil betting, or crash games — and the points accumulate in the background.
Every R$ 10.00 wagered earns 1 VIP point on the 99rr. The points you accumulate throughout the month determine which level you qualify for, and level-ups happen automatically as soon as you hit the required volume. If you reach Gold mid-month, the benefits are activated immediately — no need to wait for the next cycle.
Bets on slots and crash games count 100% toward point calculations. Table game bets such as blackjack and live roulette count 50%. Sports Betting wagers count 30%. This means players who mix game types can plan their accumulation strategy to level up faster in the 99rr.
One of the most valued benefits among VIP members at the 99rr is the weekly cashback. Unlike the promotional cashback many casinos offer with complex conditions, VIP cashback works in a straightforward way: every Sunday at midnight, the system automatically calculates your net losses for the week and returns the percentage corresponding to your level directly to your account balance.
At the Bronze tier, that means 5% back on losses. At Diamond, you get 20% of losses returned. For a player who lost R$ 1,000.00 in a week, being at Diamond means getting R$ 200.00 back — with no rollover conditions to withdraw. It comes in as real balance, not a bonus. That's a genuine advantage of the 99rr.
Every player on the 99rr has access to fast withdrawals, but VIP members get an extra edge: priority processing queue. While a standard player may wait up to 15 minutes for their Pix to process, Gold members and above have their withdrawals processed in under 10 minutes. For Platinum members, that drops to 5 minutes. For Diamond members, Pix withdrawals are processed instantly, with no wait at all.
This benefit makes a real difference in moments like a big win during the Copa do Brasil final or a slots session that hit a major jackpot. Not having to wait to see the money in your account is a convenience that anyone who has reached VIP status at the 99rr will certainly appreciate.
From the Platinum tier onward, every player at 99rr gets a personal account manager. That means having a direct line to a professional who knows your history, preferences, and specific needs. Instead of opening a support ticket and waiting in the queue, you message your manager directly and get a fast, personalized response.
Your account manager can help negotiate personalized bonuses, resolve financial matters with priority, give you early access to news before public release, and ensure your experience on the 99rr is always top-tier. For Diamond members, the manager is available 24/7, including via WhatsApp.

The most efficient strategy for leveling up in the 99rr is to focus on the game types that contribute the most points. Slots and crash games like Aviator contribute 100% of the wagered amount, meaning every BRL you play generates one full point. Table games like roulette and blackjack, on the other hand, contribute 50%, so you'd need to wager twice as much to earn the same number of points.
This doesn't mean you need to change your favorite games because of the program. The idea is that if you want to reach a specific level faster, you can add some lower-stake slots sessions to boost your point accumulation without stretching your monthly gaming budget. The 99rr has an extensive catalog of low-cost-per-spin slots, perfect for players looking to accumulate points efficiently.
A common question is: once you reach a VIP tier, do you keep it forever? At 99rr, the program runs on monthly cycles. Your level is reviewed on the first day of every month based on your wagering volume over the previous 30 days. If you maintained the required volume, you stay at your current level. If you wagered more, you move up. If you wagered less, you may drop to the level that matches your previous month's volume.
This mechanic encourages ongoing engagement, but it's worth noting that the 99rr does not apply harsh penalties. If you're at Gold and in a given month you wager less than what's needed to maintain the tier, you drop to Silver — not all the way back to Bronze. This gives a safety buffer for members who travel, have other commitments, or simply play less during a certain period.
To understand the real value of the VIP cashback at the 99rr, think of it this way: a Silver-level member who lost a net R$ 600.00 during the week automatically gets R$ 48.00 back on Monday. A Gold member in the same situation would receive R$ 72.00. And a Diamond member with R$ 2,000.00 in weekly losses would get R$ 400.00 returned as real balance, with no withdrawal conditions whatsoever.
These amounts may seem small on their own, but over the course of a month they add up to a significant difference in your total cost of play. Players who actively take part in the 99rr and make the most of their cashback effectively pay a much lower cost per hour of entertainment than players outside any loyalty program. It's simple math that works in favor of consistent players.
The 99rr believes a well-structured loyalty program should encourage entertainment, not excess. That's why even the most active VIP members have full access to all of the platform's responsible gaming tools: customizable deposit limits, detailed betting history, temporary breaks, and self-exclusion when needed.
There is no pressure for VIP members to bet more than they plan to. Cashback and other benefits are rewards for natural engagement with the platform, not incentives to exceed personal limits. Our support team — including dedicated VIP managers — is trained to identify and support players who need help, regardless of their program level. Your VIP profile information — including wagering volume, tier status, and cashback history — is personal data handled with complete confidentiality by 99rr, in full compliance with the LGPD. Your dedicated account manager only has access to what is necessary to provide personalized service.

Real experiences from players who are part of the program
"I reached Gold after two months of playing slots as usual. The 12% cashback alone made the program worth it, but what I loved most was the 10-minute withdrawal. It used to take a lot longer."
"Having a dedicated manager makes a huge difference. Any issue that comes up gets sorted on the spot — no bouncing between agents. 99rr really takes care of the players who stick with the platform."
"The instant Pix withdrawal at the Diamond level is the real deal. I requested it at 11 PM during a Brasileirão final and the money was in my account before I even closed my banking app. Nothing else comes close."
