99rr was created with a clear mission: to deliver the most complete, secure, and authentically Brazilian online casino experience available. Play with Pix, get support in Portuguese, and find games made for your taste.
Create My Free AccountThe story of 99rr starts with a simple observation: the online casino market in Brazil was flooded with foreign platforms — English interfaces, slow support, and payment methods that had nothing to do with everyday Brazilian life. We experienced that firsthand and decided to do something different.
The 99rr was built from the ground up with the Brazilian player in mind. That means accepting Pix as the primary deposit and withdrawal method, offering 24/7 support in Portuguese, and featuring games with themes and dynamics that resonate with anyone who grew up cheering for Brasileirão football, celebrating Carnaval, and living to the rhythm of Brazil.
Since the day we opened our digital doors, one principle has guided every internal decision: the player comes first. That translates to transparent RTPs, bonus terms written in plain language, withdrawal policies with no hidden catches, and a development team that responds directly to feedback from players who use the platform every day.
Today, the 99rr has surpassed one million registered players, with users across every state in Brazil — from São Paulo to Manaus, from Porto Alegre to Salvador. We grew fast because we did things right: we listened to our players, fixed what needed fixing, and stayed committed to security and transparency every step of the way.
"To give the Brazilian player the most complete, secure, and fair online casino experience available on the market — with the convenience of Pix, the transparency everyone deserves, and the respect every player should receive."
Six pillars that define how 99rr operates and why players stick around
No 99rr, Pix isn't just another payment option — it's the primary method. Deposits land in seconds, and withdrawals process in under 15 minutes in most cases. No fees, no waiting periods, no red tape. Deposit through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or any Pix-enabled bank and your balance appears instantly.
The 99rr uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions, optional two-factor authentication, and real-time suspicious activity monitoring. Your personal data is handled in compliance with the LGPD. We never sell or share player information with third parties without explicit consent.
The entire support team at 99rr is Brazilian and speaks native Portuguese — no automated translators, no copy-paste template replies. Live chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an average response time under 3 minutes. You can ask anything, from how to redeem a bonus to how to verify your account.
The 99rr publishes the RTPs (Return to Player) for every game in the catalog, openly and without burying the information in fine print. All random number generation (RNG) algorithms go through monthly audits conducted by certified independent laboratories. You know exactly what you're getting into before placing your first bet.
The vast majority of Brazilian players access the 99rr on mobile, and the platform was built with that in mind. A responsive interface that loads fast even on 4G, touch-friendly buttons, and HD-quality video on live games with no lag. Works on any Android or iPhone without downloading an app.
The 99rr believes that healthy entertainment requires the right tools. That's why it offers configurable deposit limits, scheduled account pauses, a reality check mode that displays total session time, and quick access to self-exclusion. Responsible gambling isn't just a footer link — it's a core part of how we operate.
The principles behind every decision at 99rr, from product to support
When we say that 99rr was built for Brazil — and that's not a marketing line, it's a functional description of how we make decisions. Football is the country's most beloved sport, so betting on the Brasileirão Série A, the Copa do Brasil, and the Libertadores is a platform priority. Carnival, samba, and Brazilian popular culture shape the design and themes of the games we develop in-house.
Pix revolutionized the way Brazilians move money, and 99rr embraced this before any other platform in the industry. When a player makes a deposit, they use the same banking app they use to pay rent — no need to learn a new system, no exchange fees, no foreign intermediaries.
Our support team is made up of Brazilians from across the country — São Paulo, Rio, Recife, Belo Horizonte — people who genuinely understand the expressions, habits, and questions that come up naturally whether you're playing online casino for the first time or the thousandth. That cultural connection is priceless.
The 99rr also invests in educational content so players understand the odds of the games they choose, know how bonuses work without any hidden traps, and can access responsible gambling resources naturally and without judgment. We believe an informed player is a more satisfied player — and a satisfied player is what drives us to keep improving every day.
A diverse team, passionate about technology and Brazil
A São Paulo native, Rafael brings 12 years of experience in fintech and online casinos. He was the first to propose making Pix the primary payment method at 99rr — a call that proved to be exactly right.
A software engineer from USP, Carolina leads 99rr's technical team. She's the one behind the infrastructure that keeps Pix withdrawals processing in under 15 minutes and platform uptime at 99.9% every month.
A Rio native passionate about UX, Marcelo leads platform design with a mobile-first mindset. He collects direct feedback from players every week and turns it into concrete improvements.
A psychologist specializing in consumer behavior, Aline leads 99rr's responsible gambling program. She designed the deposit limit and account pause tools that now protect thousands of Brazilian players.
Security and transparency aren't promises — they're verifiable technical features
The 99rr treats responsible gambling as a genuine commitment, not a regulatory checkbox. That means you have access to real, practical tools that help keep gaming where it belongs — as entertainment.
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set directly from your account dashboard, and once lowered, they can only be raised again after a 72-hour waiting period — a deliberate safeguard. Temporary account pauses can be activated in one click, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.
The 99rr also runs a risk behavior detection program — an internal system that identifies play patterns that may signal a problem and proactively reaches out to the player through a specialized support team. No platform is required to do this, but we believe it's the right thing to do.
Our responsible gambling team partners with Brazilian organizations that support those affected by problem gambling and can connect players with free psychological support services whenever needed. Because at the end of the day, what matters is that you play for fun — in a healthy, sustainable way — and keep coming back by choice, not compulsion.
The 99rr only collects the information needed to operate your account and meet legal obligations. Your data is never sold. You can request full deletion of your data at any time. For complete details, visit our Privacy Policy.
