Registration & Account

Create an account at 99rr is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Sign Up, fill in your personal details (full name, CPF, date of birth, and phone number), set your email, username, and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and confirm your registration. You will receive an activation email — click the link to unlock full access. Only one account per CPF is allowed.

To create an account on 99rr, you need a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal, be 18 or older, and reside in Brazil. To enable withdrawals (KYC process), you will need to submit a photo of your RG, CNH, or passport along with a recent proof of address. This is a one-time process and ensures withdrawals are handled without delays.

The platform at 99rr is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. This is verified at registration using CPF and date of birth. Any accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately and deposited funds are returned. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, contact suporte@99rr.world.

Go to the 99rr login and click "Forgot my password." Enter your registered email and click send. You'll receive a secure link by email within a few minutes — check your spam folder too. The link expires in 30 minutes and can only be used once. Create a new strong password and confirm it. If you don't receive the email, contact support at suporte@99rr.world.

To change your password, you can do so directly in your account settings after logging in. To change your primary email, you'll need to contact suporte@99rr.world — for security reasons, an email change requires additional identity verification to confirm you are the account holder. Other profile details such as your phone number can be updated in your account panel without contacting support.

Yes. The 99rr offers a permanent self-exclusion option, available in your account panel under "Responsible Gambling". Once requested, the account is closed within 24 hours and the CPF is blocked from new registrations — this action is irreversible. Any available real balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) is returned via Pix after confirmation. If you just need a break, a temporary suspension option (24h, 7, or 30 days) is available in the same panel.

Deposits

After logging in to 99rr, go to the deposits section in your account panel. Choose your payment method — Pix is the fastest — enter the amount, and confirm. For Pix, a QR Code or key will be generated. Open your bank app (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any other Pix-enabled bank), scan the QR Code or paste the key, confirm the payment, and the balance will appear in your 99rr account 99rr in seconds.

The minimum deposit at 99rr via Pix is R$ 20.00. For boleto bancário, the minimum may differ — check the Deposits & Withdrawals for the updated values for each method. There is no fixed maximum for deposits, but custom limits can be set in the responsible gambling panel.

The 99rr accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (recommended — instant and fee-free), boleto bancário (processed within 2 business days), credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) and TED bank transfer for banks like Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All deposits are processed in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion.

Pix deposits Pix are credited within seconds of payment confirmation by the bank — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Boleto bancário takes up to 2 business days after payment. Credit card may take a few minutes. TED transfers follow banking hours (business days, until 5 PM). If your Pix deposit takes longer than 10 minutes, please contact support.

Pix deposits at 99rr have no fees — deposit R$ 100.00 and R$ 100.00 lands in your gaming account. For other methods such as credit card or boleto, processor-specific fees may apply — check the conditions at the time of deposit before confirming. The Deposits & Withdrawals has all the up-to-date information.

Withdrawals

Log in to 99rr, go to the withdrawals section in your account panel, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and choose your method — Pix is the fastest. For Pix withdrawals, enter your key (CPF, phone number, email, or random key) and confirm. For accounts with approved KYC and withdrawals under R$ 5,000.00, processing is automatic. The amount hits your bank account within 15 minutes of confirmation.

Withdrawals via Pix for accounts with approved identity verification (KYC) are processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or from accounts without completed KYC may go through a manual review of up to 24 hours. To ensure fast withdrawals, complete your identity verification right after creating your account — it's a one-time process you only do once.

There are a few common reasons a withdrawal at 99rr take longer: pending identity verification (KYC) or documents not yet approved, withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 that require manual review, first withdrawal request on the account, bonus balance with unmet rollover requirements, or Pix key details that don't match the account holder. In all cases, support at suporte@99rr.world can check the status and help resolve it quickly.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 99rr is R$ 30.00. The maximum limit per withdrawal and per period varies by VIP Program level — users at higher levels (Platinum and Diamond) have larger limits. Check the Deposits & Withdrawals for the full limits table by VIP level.

The bonus balance at 99rr must meet the rollover requirements (minimum bet volume) before it can be withdrawn as real money. The rollover amount and validity period for each bonus are outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the respective promotion. Real balance (from deposits and winnings made with real funds) can be withdrawn at any time, with no rollover restrictions.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at 99rr is automatically credited after your first Pix deposit. The bonus matches 100% of the deposited amount, up to R$ 500.00 — meaning deposit R$ 200.00 and get an extra R$ 200.00 in bonus funds. The bonus balance is available for use on slots, crash games, live casino, and Sports Betting. To withdraw bonus winnings, a 30x rollover must be completed within the validity period. See full details on the Welcome Bonus.

Rollover (also known as wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw winnings earned with bonus balance. At 99rr, the welcome bonus rollover is 30x. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover means you need to wager R$ 3,000.00 in total. Bets on games with a higher RTP (such as certain slots) may contribute at a lower percentage — the Terms and Conditions for each promotion detail this.

The weekly cashback at 99rr returns a percentage of your net weekly losses directly to your account every Monday. The percentage varies by VIP level: Bronze users receive 10%, and the rate increases as you move up. Cashback is credited with no rollover — you can use it to play or withdraw it right away. The calculation period runs from Monday to Sunday each week.

Free spins granted by 99rr are available in your account's bonus panel. To use them, access the slot indicated in the promotion — the spins are activated automatically when you enter the game. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance and are subject to the rollover stated in the promotion's Terms. Free spins have an expiration date — check your bonus panel so you don't miss the deadline.

Promotional codes at 99rr can be entered during registration (at step 3, in the "Promotional code" field) or in the bonus section of your account panel. If you already created your account without entering the code, check whether it can still be applied in the promotions section — some codes have a time window for use. If you run into any issues, contact support at suporte@99rr.world with the code and the account email.

Games

The catalog at 99rr has over 500 games, including: slots with progressive jackpot and audited RTP; live casino with real dealers in Portuguese (roleta, blackjack, baccarat, game shows); crash games such as Aviator and JetX; sports betting covering Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, volleyball, and e-sports; as well as roleta, blackjack, bingo and jackpots progressive.

All games at 99rr use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent organizations, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game's info panel — typical values range between 94% and 97%. This means that, on average, the game returns that percentage of the total amount wagered over millions of rounds. Each individual spin is independent — previous results have no influence on future ones.

Yes. The 99rr works entirely through your mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, or any other. No app download required. The platform is fully responsive and works the same on Android and iPhone. For quicker access, add 99rr on the home screen: on Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home Screen"; on Safari, tap the share icon and then "Add to Home Screen".

Go to the Sports Betting section in the main menu after logging in. Browse the available competitions — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and European leagues — and choose the match you want to bet on. Select your market (match result, exact score, over/under goals, etc.), enter your stake in BRL, and confirm. Odds are displayed in real time. For live matches, the "Live" section shows all ongoing events with updated odds.

Crash games feature a multiplier that starts at 1x and keeps climbing. The goal is to cash out before the multiplier "crashes." You set your bet amount in BRL and can configure an automatic cash-out at a pre-set multiplier, or cash out manually by clicking the withdraw button while the multiplier is still rising. The crash point is determined by a verifiable cryptographic algorithm — fully random and audited. At 99rr, you'll find Aviator, JetX, and other crash games popular in Brazil.

VIP Program

Every user who creates an account on 99rr is automatically enrolled in the VIP Program at the Bronze level. Every bet you place earns VIP points. When you hit certain point milestones, you level up: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond. Each level unlocks greater benefits: a higher cashback percentage, larger withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, early access to promotions, and priority support. See the full details on the VIP Program.

VIP points at 99rr are earned on every bet placed with real balance — bets made with bonus balance may contribute at a reduced rate depending on the promotion. Slots, live casino, crash games, and Sports Betting all generate VIP points. The conversion rate (amount wagered per point) varies by game type and is detailed on the VIP Program page. Your point balance updates in real time and is visible in your account panel.

The weekly cashback at 99rr increases with your VIP level: Bronze (10%), Silver (12%), Gold (15%), Platinum (18%), and Diamond (22% or more, with individually negotiated terms). Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday with no rollover — you can use it to play or withdraw directly. Diamond users may also receive personalized cashback negotiated with a dedicated account manager.

Responsible Gambling

Access your account dashboard on 99rr and go to the "Responsible Gambling" tab. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Choose the period and enter the maximum amount you are willing to deposit within that interval. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 72-hour waiting period — an intentional safeguard against impulsive decisions.

In your account panel at 99rr, go to "Responsible Gambling" and select "Pause Account". Choose the period: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The pause takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled before the period ends — this is intentional to ensure the break serves its purpose. During the pause, new deposits are blocked, but your existing balance is preserved in the account. Once the period ends, access is restored automatically.

Self-exclusion is the permanent closure of your account with a CPF block preventing any new registration at 99rr. Unlike a temporary break, self-exclusion is irreversible. The account is closed within 24 hours of the request, and any available real balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) is processed for withdrawal via Pix. If you're considering this option, our responsible gambling team is available at ajuda@99rr.world to talk things through first. No judgment — just support.

If you notice that gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or well-being, you don't have to handle it alone. Reach out to the responsible gambling team at 99rr via email at ajuda@99rr.world — the conversation is completely confidential, non-judgmental, and free of charge. 99rr in detail: what sets it apart for Brazilian players

The 99rr was built with the Brazilian player in mind — not an international platform hastily translated, but an environment built from the ground up to work with Pix, Brazilian banks, the football we follow, and the local way of playing. Signing up at 99rr is free and takes less than two minutes. Once your account is created, you have instant access to a full catalog of 500+ games — slots, live casino, crash games, Sports Betting — plus the welcome bonus that doubles your first Pix deposit, up to R$ 500.00.

The slots library ranges from classics to the latest releases, with published RTP for every title. In crash games, Aviator and JetX are community favorites.

Security and transparency are built into the platform, not just talked about. Every transaction uses 256-bit SSL, passwords are stored with cryptographic hashing, and the KYC process ensures only the account holder can make withdrawals.
